THEATER & BASEMENT STUDIO
We have two spaces, a 40-seat theater and a
basement studio.
The theater stage area is a spacious 30' wide x
22' deep
and with a wood floor suitable for dance. The
venue is ideal for
smaller projects in theater, music, dance, film,
puppetry and
multi-media, and is also an excellent rehearsal
space. Please note that the ceiling is only 10'
high, and the lighting grid is 6" lower. The
basement studio, which is accessible by stairs, is
about 30' x
20', has a carpeted floor and is best suited for
rehearsals and
meetings. There are two accessible bathrooms on
the main floor and a kitchenette in the basement.
There is free
parking on both sides of Hamline Ave. right in
front of the
building. Restaurants and coffee shops are nearby.
